Silva may have had a knock

Iborra then... No need to change the tactics that had worked so well for the 2nd half of the 1st half

Silva must of been injured ?

He was our only player on the pitch who could match their quality -a bit lightweight but giving something to the front two.

The second we went to a back four they poured it down the middle .

Kasper trying to be something he is not

If Mahrez was fit and ready and on the bench then he should have played him from the off.

Chilwell confirms he is not quite ready

I agree there, we should have gone route 1 and iborra perfect for that

Making a substitution to replace a winger playing at right back, with a right back, against arguably the best team this country has ever seen doesn't seem too ludicrous does it?

Say what you want but conceding within a couple of minutes at the start of each half has little to do with Puel and everything to do with the team being switched on.

He can't control every little thing. The players need to fvcking wake up and take responsibility for our shit defence.

In the title winning season it was a source of pride to keep clean sheets, now nobody seems bothered.

Errrm it happens all the time, therefore it is directly to do with Puel

2 wins in 10... Thank **** we already have 35pts... Because Puel wouldn't get them now

Compare & contrast that with Burnley taking the game to Man City last week.

Did they? Burnley was lucky to get that result, Man City dominated Burnley all game not that it means anything but i bet we saw more of the ball today then Burnley did last week

Compare & contrast that with Burnley taking the game to Man City last week. Embarrassing. Completely & utterly embarrassing!!! Any more performances like that & Puel can do one

And how did they fare at the Etihad last October and in the third round of the FA Cup last month?

Burnley are lucky most weeks if you believe this place.

I'm sure there is more to it than luck.

Totally agree with,

Burnley faced a man city team that was feeling tired after they had played so many games and had some players injured. We faced a man city team where the team was given a 3 day holiday break. Thus they came back to Manchester physically and mentally refreshed

Did you see how lucky Burnley were? lol

It was really poor in the second half but let's not overreact. Man City are quite possibly the best team in the world and they were at home. Puel made a mistake, as did Kasper but that doesn't make them terrible.

It seems to me that Silva should retain his place and maybe Nacho could start but against virtually anyone else things would've been different. Puel seems to have lost faith in Iborra and Gray but James doesn't seem to be good enough to be honest, so it's got to be Silva and Ndiddi for me, with Albrighton and Mahrez playing wide and Okazaki or Nacho behind Vardy.

Why change the formation at half-time?
Was that Appletons idea?

Looking for a scapegoat are we? What evidence is there for this silly assumption?

We must be one of the unluckiest teams in the league, why do teams always come back refreshed or players just turn it on when they play us?!
