What this also means is that if Arsenal reach the Europa League semis (they face CSKA Moscow next month in the quarter finals) then we will definitely play them at home in the final week of the season (i.e. Tue 8, Wed 9 or Thu 10 May.

If they go out, that would free up the previous two midweeks.

Burnley also play at home on Thursday, April 19, against Chelsea...must be a bonus to play Chelsea just three days before their Wembley semi-final.

Hope it will also be a rain-lashed evening at Turf Moor - Conte's mob wouldn't like that one bit, they didn't last season in the 1-1 draw at Turf Moor when they were at full-strength.:)

We might also benefit in the penultimate game of the season if Arsenal reach the Europa Cup semi-finals - the 2nd leg is on the Thursday before so the Gunners home game against Burnley would be played on the Sunday - less than 72 hours later.

If you look at the run in they are all easy games till we hit Spurs in May. Arsenal watch out, there's a fox about :filbert_2:

Easy like Swansea, Stoke and Bournemouth at home?

This scheduling of re-arranged fixtures is a farce by the Premier League. Why are Chelsea, Southampton, Spurs and Utd playing days before a big FA Cup semi.

Spurs have an advantage over Utd by playing a day earlier.

Just seen this so we should get Arsenal sorted as well soon

The remaining postponed matches will be confirmed when the broadcast selections for Matchweek 37 have been finalised.

These are due to be announced no later than Tuesday, 3 April, 2018

Kasper

Albrighton Drago Arry Chillwell

Iborra

Ndidi Silva

Mahrez Nacho Diabate

It’s attacking but you got 3 combatitive CM’s there that can cover for bombing full backs!! Will never ever see this tho!

It’s just as much UEFA’s fault. They force the games not to clash with the Champions League; I’m assuming that’s why it’s Thursday ?

That's true as well. I remember away at Sevilla going into a bar just before our game and there was a La Liga game on because they couldn't have it during our game.

That's proper shite for Southampton that is. Think it probably benefits us to be honest. Such an odd pick though. Surely just go with Wednesday 25th?

Can't call anyone an easy game when we haven't beaten a single bottom five side at home.

I don't believe there are any easy games in the Premier league. With the bottom ten clubs worried about relegation it makes them very desperate

Valencia played Real Madrid that day. Happened last week with Juve and PSG kicking off at 5 in the week.

Yeah cant get my head around why it couldn’t be any other week given southampton have no other commitments. It’s more of an issue for them than us, so I can’t wpxlain the reasoning.

Newcastle have had their match at Everton moved from Saturday to Monday with four weeks notice today. It is getting worse.

Mourinho's going to have a field day there with Spurs getting an extra day's rest than Man Utd.

That Everton v Newcastle thing is a disgrace. Nothing's ever enough for Sky and the other TV companies. We'll **** around with your games and we'll rub your nose in it while we do it.
