UniFox21 Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 My housemate made the comment on Tuesday that Kane, since his return from injury, has really dragged them down, stopping Son playing with as much freedom. A 'fit' kane shoots earlier and doesn't drag it into a blind alley.
Analysethis Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 This looks like being yet another season where Spurs finish below Arsenal despite being in a title chase. They are without doubt the biggest bottle jobs in the Premier League.
Izzy Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Imagine if Spurs end up fifth with no CL football in their new stadium.
surrifox Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 they must be delighted that kane is fit again - their form has collapsed since his return (shame he wasn't fit when we played them)

KingsX Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Son has quickly become Spurs best attacking player, arguably their most important overall. Pace, great runs, technical skill, effort. I used to think Eriksen was more important than Kane. Now it's Son.
Jimothy Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 This ball from Leno onto Monreal's head at every goalkick hasn't worked once, every time they lose the ball. Surely they can see it's not working and I don't know what he's expected to do with the header anyway.
foxfanazer Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 I know it hasn't always been a bed of roses supporting Leicester but just imagining being a Spurs fan! The constant disappointment and false dawns must be excruciating

foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Potential of no champions league football being at their new ground, so much for it being the only place in London to watch champions league football
Nalis Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 To be fair to Spurs, I dont think they are chokers. I think its more than they have punched above their weight for a good few seasons now.

I also really think as much as Kane pushes them on, he also holds them back.
foxfanazer Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Just scrolling through Spurs forum and one of them has asked how Ramsey isn't miles offside
