I think its more than they have punched above their weight for a good few seasons now. Yeah. To be fair they certainly did in 2015/16 to keep within 11 points of us.
GeorgeTheFox Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Trippier is absolutely woeful. He's lucky he's not a Leicester player he'd have been driven to retiring by our fans
The Bear Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 The Spurs fans have really turned on Trippier this season. He's a good RWB but a terrible full-back. Can't defend properly. Same as Wolves' Matt Doherty.
Fox92 Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 I went on the Spurs forum a couple years back when Walker left to go to Manchester City and most of them weren't convinced then Trippier was any good to replace him/step up. I've never really rated him either, he seems okay going forward and his crossing is decent but he can't defend. And he comes across as a bit of a nob, always seems to square up when he's been tackled.

Well on their way to bottling what they now assume to be their god-given right of a top-four finish though.

Brooksy Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 How has the lino not seen that offside? Dreadful decision
kingfox Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 Should've been offside but WTF is Mustafi doing what a knob.
foxfanazer Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 And they moan there's a conspiracy against them with referees. Never known a team to get so many dodgy decisions
davieG Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 They always seem to get the best decisions from the refs

The Bear Posted 2 March 2019 Posted 2 March 2019 That's why VAR is going to be ****ing great next season. All these dodgy goals will be instantly chalked off. The big clubs will suffer the most IMO.
