The Salah love in from Pearce has been embarrassing, didn't even get on the pitch and they couldn't shut up about him! 

 

Pretty shit game overall and harsh on Egypt who defended well throughout but setting up like that is inevitably going to lead to too much pressure. 

 

Egypt's toughest game out of the way, you'd expect them to get results from the other games. 

 

Uruguay reminded me of England from previoustournaments. Huffed and puffed and managed to sneak a win.

I thought Egypt did alright and think they deserved the draw (even though i bet on Uruguay win 1-0) 

 

Heart really goes out to Salah though  

 

It was a way more entertaining game than the Russian one yesterday even though there was less goals scored.

I just feel bad for him. Their best player and coming into the WC in such form, only then to get injured in his last club games is super harsh.
