Expect Uruguay to win but for it to be a pretty competitive match. Will go with 2-1.

Not really outlandish to say, but I expect Uruguay to go pretty deep in the tournament. They've finally got some talented young midfielders to ally with their excellent centre half pairing and strikers.

That De Arrascaeta is meant to be very good but I've never seen him play, keen for this game.

Looking forward to seeing Vecino as well. Seen him a lot of Inter this season but never for Uruguay.

All these empty seats... Shambolic for a World Cup.

Ridiculous ain't it they should find a way around the issue really, I'm sure there are plenty that would have been happy to go

Ticket prices and traveling to Russia, but mostly ticket prices aren't appealing enough.

Yesterday's match cost you at least £40, and on average probably around the £150 mark. Outrageous.

Group matches starting today are in between £10 (how many of those are there?) and another £130!

Cheapest tickets for the final cost you £85...

Jonathan Pearce is at it again lol lol lol lol

Last World Cup that melt down over goal line technology was spectacular.

Now "the referee has disallowed it!!!!!!" (it hit the side netting.)

How is this man still employed? lol

Best part was Keown still thinking it was a “goal” for a few seconds after seeing the replay.

Jonathan Pearce is such a muppet. He did the exact same thing at the last World Cup with a France ‘goal’ that hit the side netting.

Combine that hat with his annoying matter of fact tone, he’s pretty useless.

What an unbelievably good player Diego Godin is, supreme. He really is a one off in the game at the moment, as close to perfect a defender as you can get

He's comfortably the most under appreciated player in world football. He's unbelievable.

Feels like Pulis is managing this Egypt side.

Keeper actually just caught the ball and did that thing where he dives forwards and sits there for 5 seconds. Annoying but you wouldn’t normally see that at 0-0

Clever so far. A draw is a good result for them in this group and especially without Salah.

Keep it tight for seventy minutes, bring him on and see if he can steal a winner.

What would you do, throw the kitchen sink?
