Been impressed by Egypt. Been solid at the back, not the prettiest but a side like Egypt will get nowhere trying to play attractive football. Nice to watch after Saudi Arabia yesterday.

a goal could decide a lot of games in these group stages so keeping it tight and having someone like Salah to nick a goal is a good plan

Not at all Finners, it's just very Pulis esque is all I'm saying, defensively deep, defensively organised, I can see why Pulis signed Hegazi for WBA, a type of defender he loves.

 

If Salah comes on and they win 1-0 then their game plan deserves praise.

I've always watched it on BBC, but I think ITV have a better team this year. Fizza, Jenas & Upson ffs, is this the world cup or the football league show?

Uruguay's left midfield pretty much non-existant and little coming from centre midfield in terms of creating chances.

 

Two teams that are cancelling each other out at the moment.

Match needs a goal so desperately.
