Think we are getting ripped off big time! ? Maybe this is the trick. Man City have Saudi connections, maybe we negitiated to move some dead weight off our books and Man City pay less for Mahrez on their books whilst this team gets a player they want with the investment half covered from elsewhere. Win, win, win for everyone; Musa obviously doesnt mind playing in lesser Leagues and although he'll miss out on Champs League he'll probably be paid in gold bars and barrels of oil for his Nigerian petrol station business. 3

Spudulike Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 To be honest, Musa has done well everywhere else he's played. Perhaps just not suited for the Premier League or perhaps just not suited to LCFC ?? I'm half expecting his next transfer to be even bigger. Funny old game.

Beechey Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 Bought him for £16m, he had basically no effect here and had an awful time, selling him for £40m. It's no longer the Barcelona tax, it's the Leicester tax!

LOL. now there is a conspiracy theory. Absolute bollocks no doubt but very interesting nonetheless. 1

FoxyPalace.com Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 If you don’t score 10 goals in that country per season they chop your arms off, good motivation for Musa. Great Bargain City ?
Cincinnati Fox Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 This lad will go right to the top, 40 million is an utter bargain. Impressive stuff from the Saudi club if they pull this off. i really hope they don’t watch Slimani if they do any more scouting as he is another top player who could be tempted by a move to Saudi and 70 million would probley be accepted by us, same goes for Wales star Andy King and the Bacup Xavi!. 2 1

You’re not wrong mate. Combined £100 million for Musa and Slimani might just do it. However I know I speak for every Leicester fan when I say that I would be gutted, absolutely gutted, to lose either of these absolute legends. Edited 16 July 2018 by ARM1968 1
SheppyFox Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 We cannot let this happen, utter travesty! We need him!

urban.spaceman Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 Saudi Arabia. Literally the Mecca of football.
Wizerud Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 Perfect. A bidding war between two rivals. They’ll be so concerned about one-upping each other they’ll forget the final bid.
roblcfc84 Posted 16 July 2018 Posted 16 July 2018 Think they have missed the . off in error. Absolutely mad if it comes off
