Potentially drifting over to cover for both CBs appearing to move out attempt for the header

Thought Silva looked pretty decent, think he's definitely good enough to start for us.

 

Ricardo I think has been a bit iffy with his final ball, and it is worth noting both Uruguay goals came from his side but I don't think he was massively at fault for either. I do like the positions he gets into though. He will change our attacking dynamic significantly.

It’s been one ****ing game haha our fans man I despair. Wouldn’t mind seeing D Simpson in this game just to see how many goals he scores and how many last ditch tackles he makes. I’ll judge the guy after 20 games for us.

Spot on. Yes the ball in for the first has come from his side but tbf he's stood the man up, just a class ball in. Second bit narrow, but the CBs have pulled that way as well. looked alright, gets in good positions. Balls haven't come to anything though

You lot just be watching a different pereira to me. His driving runs forward are hugely exciting and he won't be facing the Uruguay defence for us.

He's been crap but it's one game.

 

People saying he's not good enough on that are no better than who think Musa could be good again because of one performance.
