Might be an unpopular opinion but i dont see the big deal with hazard.  Not that im excited with this transfer. Lol

Meh, I'm the same.

A. I don't know what he's ever done to warrant the excitement.

B. If he is 'that good' and his fee has always been pretty low, why has nobody else bothered to pick him up over the last three years.

Hazard?  You mean Thorgan?  Don’t get the hype about him either.

Disgraceful, hasn't even kicked a ball for us and people are destroying him. Look at the shit we've bought for huge money, this could potentially be a amazing deal if he can do what he was doing at Lyon for us.

How do you know he can even kick a ball.

Nothing like £11 million. Closer to  4-5million.

Don't worry he won't be the last. And certainly not the biggest name we will sign.......

Name drop. You’ve got to.

Either that or you have more knowledge of football than our coaches or recruiting staff! If that’s the case why aren’t you being paid for your services ?

THAT is quite possible judging on the job they’ve done.

In all honesty I do believe you will come round to my way of think fairly soon.

It is is true I have a very low opinion of this guy and not much better with regard to Thorgan H or Januzai.

Not being funny but I understand arms frustration. He like most fans have a right to be annoyed and feel let down by the club. They have just sold the club's most technically gifted player in the history of the football club and the best they have got is those geezer who will not beat diabate or gray in the starting line up.

I do understand that you will only sign class players if you play attractive football and maybe our targets have looked at CP style of play and decided to avoid.

I don't beleave for one second we are not a attractive club to play for not only that we pay great wages aswel.

We started the transfer window so well and I believe we were ahead of the races but look like one of the weaker teams in the premier now.

I do get that but we can’t replace Mahrez with a like for like and whoever tried to fill that spot is a dead man walking . Can’t you see with the Maddison signing the Leicester of old has gone it’s a new dawn. Why are so many trying to think we can play the old system forever ? It’s gone over deal with it !

We just need to give the guy a chance, Mahrez didn't look a world beater when we signed him either.

Monaco are a quality team and he still played fairly regularly for them.

Hes not excatly Josh Low with Lyon and Monaco on his CV

If this is true then I don't really see the point.... unless Diabate or Gray are leaving?

Heck im skeptical and admitted it.  You gotta admit at first sight your reaction was probably whooo??? Wtf???

Of course if thats who we are signing then we have no choice but to hope for the best and pray he is the second coming of christ.

Yeh don’t get me wrong I’ve never heard of him, but that doesn’t give us the right to completely judge him considering he’s never played PL football.

Take Kante and Mahrez for example, yes they are now both world class players but they came to us as completely unknown players. What makes anyone think this guy couldn’t turn out to be a success?

Let’s get behind him and see what happens.

Just a case of every negotiation falling in to place? or have we panicked and now we are in a rush?

Just tell us how long we have to wait until Bailey is announced?

Jesus.

It's not about replacing Mahrez but when you sell a big name player you need to bring in someone that can start in his position in the starting 11 not to sit on the bench.

It's about improving what we have not to improve the bench

I have just started reading this and if anyone can cut to the chase please and confirm or otherwise, if we have signed him?  It will be great to get the Mahrez fan club back on here.

I do. We only have Gray/Diabate and Albrighton currently for 2 starting positions.

Diabate is still a player in development and I expect will be in and out the team, whereas Gray hasn't shown a consistency yet to start every game.

We need 5 wingers IMO, including Gray, Diabate, Albrighton, Rachid and a starting RW, hopefully a top player.

We have 38+ games and cup comps that we should really look to try and win. All 5 players will get game time. I suspect Gray will start on the left and share that role with Albrighton, whereas Rachid will share the right side with the "new signing". Diabate to play cup games and also used as cover on the bench etc.

I don't give a shit who we sign or where they are from, if they are Crappy McCrap from Crap FC. So long as they chip in at least 6+ assits and 3+ goals.

We’ve signed him for £5m and a combination of Hazard, Bailey and Promes are on the way too ?
