I can't think of another manager who could squeeze more out of this group of players - even Guardiola and Klopp needed to spend and spend big. He's qualified for the champions league for the last three years running amongst stiff competition and has been shafted by lack of investment in the playing squad. Victor Wanyama starting a CL semi final! I find it as amusing as anyone else, I just don't think you can lay the blame on the manager.

Feel a bit sorry for Trippier, to go from scoring in World Cup semi to being a nervous wreck pile of pants he must need counselling, he looks shot (just one letter out).
