And that’s for a season ticket holder. A non st holder walking up on the day is expected to part with £20 for a friendly. Stupid pricing tbh.

Guess it costs a certain amount of money to put a game on so they have to cover that really.

Have to agree though that it could be a potential car crash. We should not be in this position. We have had God knows how long to bring in a more mobile and younger CB. If people believe Evans is the panacea to our defensive inadequacies, then dream on. Personally, I would try Amatey at CB alongside Harry. At least he is quick. Why Puel decided to play him at right back against the Turks last week confused me. The thought of teams running through our spine because it is slow, is scary. Thank God Ricardo is at least rapid. 1

evil jack Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 I'm going - I enjoyed the BMG game last pre season, although the whole squad was available for that one.
North Leeds Fox Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Evans and mendy ruled out of last two friendlies and maybe utd game according to mercury. Benny and wes it is

I always felt that having a full house, last pre-season home game before the season was always a great opportunity to get the fans and the team raring to go. At £20 a pop for non-season ticket holders this won't get close to sell out, especially when people are looking to save for the start of the season or buying one of the three new kits at £55 each. 2
Ric Flair Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Puel will be the one who takes all the flak when we're 4 games in with zero points and shipping goals but struggling to score enough to get anything from matches. Yet people don't get why some of us get riled by powers above the manager who are making him work with one arm tied behind his back. 2
Suzie the Fox Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Does anyone know if it will be possible to buy the tickets on the night ? Or if they have to be pre-ordered?

Last season it was; he’s not had a full season, let him bring in his own players, he can’t speak English, he’s got a bone in his leg, he’s not got a right back.... If he can’t get it together now he’s not up to the task as expected. 1

Still ought to have been tenner for sts/members and say 13 quid the rest.
oxtonfox Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 It is stupid pricing. A tenner would be enough and maybe 20,000 would turn up. Personally I’d like us to start season well to get behind Puel at least for a dozen games before calling him out. We have a promising looking team, if we click then there’s every chance we can beat United next week. .
Mike Oxlong Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Up to much tomorrow night? With World Cup knockouts long gone and Love Island a thing of the past, this Wednesday is all about football back on home soil! The Leicester City squad return to King Power Stadium for the first time since 9 May, with Spanish outfit Valencia their opponents. The visit of Valencia is City’s only home fixture during pre-season, making it the only opportunity for the Blue Army to catch a preview of how Claude Puel’s side are shaping up before the new season begins. Ahead of an anticipated large walk-up on Wednesday’s pre-season friendly (7:45pm KO), the Foxes faithful have a limited time only to book in advance. By choosing the print at home option available on tickets.LCFC.com, you’re all set for a smooth entry to King Power Stadium! Click HERE to secure your tickets. Relying on the end of Love Island as a ploy to boost ticket sales somewhat smacks of desperation. Should’ve priced them better to start off with.
CollinsLCFC Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 The pricing is a joke. It's less for FA Cup games. Perfect opportunity to sell cheap tickets, and get Parents to take their kids who never normally get to go. Expand the potential fan base - even if it is a pre season. I would have gone of it was say £10. Even as a STH, looking on the website earlier, I could only find £19 tickets.
Collymore Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Yeah the club should be selling out at £5 a ticket with the youngsters getting for free. The amount they'd make on confectioneries would make up the difference anyway. I don't understand the logic.
