The food is abysmal and overpriced. I don't know why anyone bothers with it. There are better options outside/nearby the stadium.

Personally think the club miss the boat in terms of the food outlets outside the ground. Could have some real variety out there with street food as well.

The food at Filbert Street was better. Remember the Hog Roast at the back of the Kop?

Supporters club corner was absolutely brilliant at their kiosk.

That was beautiful, as good as it got for football grub that was.

On this subject I noticed last year a few more people starting to bring their own cans in a HT and sneakily drinking them.

I've seen plenty buy cans from the little shop just further up the road and then stand outside the Holiday Inn drinking them.

That shop does some decent bacon/egg/sausage cobs for £1.50 ish too. Probably not going to win any food awards but certainly no worse than the stuff on offer in the stadium.

The burger van at the top of Saffron Lane is alright too if that's your kind of thing.

Generally though I can eat lunch before I leave the house and manage to survive without paying £5 for a hot dog until I get home.

They could, and probably will once they're out of this 10 year contract with Compass.

Do Compass have the agreement for outside the ground too then?

A FLASK OF SHERRY

Your old dear must wonder what a football is come full time

EDIT - Just realised, could just be a hip flask. Ruined the mental image I had in my head.

No I don't think so but I guess the club can't do anything else whilst the current agreement is running

yeah, I mean Mahrez, Kante and Vardy all played their part, but everyone knows the real reason we won the title was our choice of catering partner...

The food and service is sometimes better in some of the mobile food vans outside the stadium than some of the bars at the club.

Ultimate food. Chuck in the stuffing and the crackling.

And at only 2.50 back in the day. I used to have 2 on the way in.

Yeah, but to be fair £2.50 back then is about £4.00 now.

The guy is bound to be looking smug, he’s got one of the easiest catering jobs in the country.

Break it down!!

Easy to satisfy all the corporate as the spend is high and the punters are not paying.

The kiosks are appalling in every way. Compass and Mr Smug won’t give a monkeys as they are busy and there’s no real means of open feedback that they are answerable too.

Im in catering. There’s got to be a person smarter than me on here who could set up on Tripadvisor LCFC kiosk catering.

Compass would fill their pants
