1. Shilton

2. Banks

3. Wallington

4. Schmichael

6. Keller

7. Walker

8. Ward

9. Arpexhad (because he was soooo cool)

10. Horace Bailey

(I was struggling a bit after 7!!!!)

It's a tough one really because Shilton and Banks are probably better 'keepers than Kasper but Kasper joined us at one of our lowest ebbs and has been part of the greatest story in our history.  Not saying he is better than them before anyone starts but one could argue he has beem our most important 'keeper ever.

Never saw Banks, little too young for Shilton's Leicester aswell as he signed for Stoke when I was 5 or 6. You can't deny the quality of either of them though. Always liked Mark Wallington. Pretty much played for 10 consecutive seasons, no mean feat that.

Ian Andrews had a brilliant first season replacing Wallington, went through a bad spell lost confidence was never really the same after that eventually going to Celtic I think.

Confidence was lost as you say, never settled at Celtic either, think he only played a couple of games before leaving for Southampton where he played about 5 games in 5 years. Not sure what happened to him after that. Good first season for Leicester City as you say though.

Only judging on keepers I’ve seen play.

Keller

Flowers

Kasper

Wallington

Walker

Poole

Andrews (in his early days)

special mention goes to Spider Kalac

What about Ward and Muggleton?

Flowers was a super keeper. He had an insane spell from mid 99 to late 2000 where he was unbeatable at times. He was the main reason we went top under Taylor.

I know he wouldn’t be classed as one of the best we’ve had because he wasn’t here long but I remember Fulop being fantastic when he was here. Thought I’d give him a shout out.

Can't argue too much with that but would perhaps put Flowers ahead of Schmeichel. The first two however for me were streets ahead of the rest and probably the best in the country let alone Leicester.

Been following City for 27 years so seen a few keepers come and go. My favourite keeper was Flowers. Had a great season after picking him up from Blackburn, often through the pain barrier.

Kasper has been the best in my time and the only one with a Premier League title to his name in the clubs history. I think that puts him right up there with Banks and Shilton. Others on the list:

Walker

Keller

The worst would be Pressman, Douglas and Ricardo.
