FA Cup 2018/19

Last night's match was a little like watching the Leicester that won the title in 2016 against the Leicester of now. Man utd played effective fast paced counter attacking football whilst Arsenal played slow build up play with lots of sideways passing and generally ran out of ideas in the final third. Except they tried to thread the ball through the eye of a needle whilst we try to whip in crosses to no one.  United were exciting to watch and Arsenal a little bit dull. The best side won.

What a shame we’re not playing today, we’re getting a few mentions on radio 5 for our weakened team we played in both cup competitions, wasted opportunity

That team should've been good enough to beat Newport County. Nacho did nought, Ghezzal wasteful til he scored, Wes got done by a young lad in the box, Fuchs let a League 2 mid-table winger stand him up to run past him, Okazaki wasted a couple of chances at 0-0 and Albrighton decided to put his open palmed hand ontop of his head to block a cross off in the box going into injury time. It was an absolutely shocking performance but on paper those players should've been able to obliterate Newport. Puel was wrong for picking an unfit Matty James and sending the lads out clearly undermotivated & seemingly pre-hungover in demeanour.

Man City League Cup game was different, both played "weakened teams"(rotation) going into the busiest part of the season and made it to pens, Vardy should've played but we don't know if he was injured or not, he looked class against Chelsea away not long after and then completely useless against Cardiff.

I'm massively disappointed we're not playing today aswell.

Loved that lol

2 red cards, shitty pitch, classic FA cup

Just needed Kee to score that free-kick at the end and it would have been even better.

Accrington's manager is not happy!

Says he's falling out of love of football and asked what's the point any more! Saying he gets stiffed by officials every week now.

He must be the only one that thinks it wasn't a sending off for their guy, surely?! He's committed two fouls and both were bookings. So what if it's his only 2 fouls? That's now how the rules work lol
