Bournemouthfox10 10 Posted 23 September 2018 Report Share Posted 23 September 2018 real shame and they suffered a defeat today. hope he isn't out for too long. always wish our loanees well, especially those who cost double figures in the million pound stakes.
brucey 5,111 Posted 23 September 2018 Report Share Posted 23 September 2018 Sounds more precautionary than anything. Some celtic fans alleging that it was a convenient excuse to avoid playing on the plastic pitch
jayfox26 2,322 Posted 24 September 2018 Report Share Posted 24 September 2018 I thought him going to Celtic would be a good move but they really are crap! Many joke about the quality of Scottish football but it really is one of the worst leagues in Europe. Good if he gets regular game time but will be difficult to judge his abilities when he's playing alongside and against utter dross (barring one or 2 celtic players like Tierney who are decent)

Babylon 29,011 Posted 24 September 2018 Report Share Posted 24 September 2018 Was is his achilles that he'd had problems with before, because he was meant to be a bit injury plagued.

Foxxed 4,288 Posted 24 September 2018 Report Share Posted 24 September 2018 They're playing on Wednesday and Saturday so we can see how he's doing. What's their sports science like up there? Perhaps he'd enjoy a season long loan...
mozartfox 5,274 Posted 24 September 2018 Report Share Posted 24 September 2018 Rather he is treated back at Leicester (given our physio team is truly excellent) to stop a fast becoming desperate Brendon Rogers forcing him into playing too early, resulting in a more serious setback. The SPL really is a pub-league when teams can have plastic pitches.
Grebfromgrebland 2,305 Posted 24 September 2018 Report Share Posted 24 September 2018 Maybe he should've warmed up before the warm up!

mozartfox 5,274 Posted 30 September 2018 Report Share Posted 30 September 2018 Given he missed another game following the pre-match warm up on a dodgy plastic pitch, I sincerely hope we inform Celtic he is not to be played on any other plastic surfaces during his loan spell. mozartfox 5,274 Posted 7 October 2018 Report Share Posted 7 October 2018 I know this is the Pub League but he has had to good attacking headers from corners and it is quite refreshing to see one of ‘our’ CB’s player forward passes. Must be recalled.
mozartfox 5,274 Posted 7 October 2018 Report Share Posted 7 October 2018 Blimey St Johnston’s defence is rank. This could be a 10 nil-job.

All great experience to get under his belt
