Hide Mendy

[StriderHiryu]

Absolute boss man, runs our midfield all day long. Needs to be hidden quickly. Here is my contribution.

This thread had such a bittersweet ending the last time

[foxes_rule1978]

We failed at hiding Kante!

But now we are all more experienced and seasoned as forum posters. I trust in the power of Foxes Talk to not repeat the same mistakes !

Let’s get the lad a new fat contract.

Let’s see him through to the end of the season, but if he’s healthy by then and Puel is here - not a bad shout.

Has that been photoshopped?

And I remember all the shit I got from some on here, especially when I talked about him last year. eat it.

[Max Power]

Very good today. I feel he is getting more expansive with every game as well. A few little runs with and off the ball today.

[FoxinNotts]

Keeping Iborra and Silva out of the side. No mean feat, despite the sh*te spouted on this forum about the pair. We have a good quartet of options in the centre of the park, and Choudhury too. Keep it up Papy

[murphy]

I think we should hide @StriderHiryu.  With photoshop skills like that it won't be long before he is head-hunted by Saatchi and Saatchi!

[Vardinio'sCat]

As it stands, he is the guvnor. Obviously Wilf is the great destroyer, but we should be more than happy with Papy.

Increasingly impressed as the good performances continue. Iborra and Silva must be have been devastated when Papy turned up for pre-season training, 50% wider than last season!

Footballing glue.

Time to resurrect this thread!

Who has been the best signing this summer? James Rodriguez? Diego Jota? Timothy Castagne? Gareth Bale?

Wrong. The answer can be found by the eagle eyed in the picture below!

Offers more going forward than Wilf - really good player.

THIS

[Guest Danny Clender]

He was good last night.

He must be a Binny's dream, his recycling skills are immaculate.

One thing though regarding the Kante / Ndidi comparisons.

Am I right in thinking, his defensive instruction doesn't allow him to take on such attacking enterprise that Kante / Ndidi did/do for us?

He did carry the ball out well last night, but he then seems to reach a retreat line and has to track back and drop out of any attack.

I wonder if we'll see his attacking side as the season progresses.

One thing for sure, he's really enjoying his football at the moment .

[AKCJ]

He's one of the most press-resistant midfielders i've seen. Up there with Kante in that regard.

[sylofox]

All the bad mouthing hes had in his time here when never really being given a run of games.

Looks like Under could do the reverse. Two great passes and hes the new Mahrez. When hes done nothing in 3 full games he'll be shite.
