How on earth have San Marino qualified?..

Their squad must literally dread playing in these games, despite playing for the love of their nation/the badge etc.

But, still the worse national sides at the bottom of the world ranking should really play against each other in an 'elimination round' - so that only the 'best of the worst' sides are allowed to play in this competition.
