So even if we got a cheaper back up, if we're paying 50%+ if his wages as well as those of a new signing, we wouldn't be any better off. He deserves to finish the season here, have a proper send off at the last game, and then enjoy his semi retirement in the states. None of this loan nonsense. Whilst some of our back up players aren't amazing (fuchs not included in that) im confident most of them would make villas first 11. Ward ? Simpson ? Fuchs ? Soyuncu ? Evans ? Gray ? Hamza ? Iborra ?
