Really??

had a stinker there

Was spent a couple of years ago

Yep. Still firmly believe that. One poor mistake yesterday doesn't define him.

Only 3 weeks ago he kept the best player we've ever had in his back pocket.

His legs have gone mate, they went a couple of seasons ago. He's still got the skills but sadly physically he's not up to it at this level any more.

He’s going no where except to America in the summer . Why would you up sticks to another club for only a handful of games in a lower division when you're about to retire . He’s got a nice comfy few months left at a club where he knows everyone and on a nice wage .

His family is in New York, which is why he wants to go there versus doing a regular trans-Atlantic commute. Were this not eminently clear I'm sure Leicester would've tried to extend him last season to continue as cover for Chilwell. This one has no legs.

No he’s right, Fuchs took on Mahrez in the cup match which Mahrez started. It was the league match he came on late.

It wasn’t very long ago when FT was hailing Fuchs’s League Cup performance and calling him a model professional for keeping in shape and putting in a shift when called upon. He makes one mistake yesterday, which he followed up on by putting two peaches in the box that should have turned into goals, and now he’s suddenly horrible. What a joke.

As a NE Revolution fan, I can tell you that Fuchs at 33 would immediately become the club's best defender.  He'll play another 3 years in MLS.

Hoping for him to join the Revolution too, as I am in CT!

Would be the first MLS shirt I’ve ever bought, that’s for certain!

To be fair to Fuchs, he was out of position for the goal, with his body shape all wrong to stop that cross coming in. Once that ball was locked past him, no way was he catching it as he had to turn and retreat first.

He beat thd Opposing player quite a few times in a foot race if you watch the match back.

Villa have signed a left back, close thread

And we will not loan out an experienced back up for chilwell, unless I’ve missed another good enough left back in the squad.

If we loan a defender it would be a centre half, midfield and striker loans will happen, and nothing of first team standard will come in, not Itk but we are not spending it’s been stated, and we need wages off the books to help with the improvements off the field imo.

But Wortho is pretty old now and Banksy probably doesn't need much defending.

It doesn't seem right, does it? Memorial Stadium in Uptown would be PERFECT, with a few minor adjustments. We could easily support a franchise.

I can understand why we have done this. However I would like to of seen Ughelumba from the U23's given a chance as backup.
