yorkie1999 Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 So, are these are the ones that are responsible for the plastic bottles that i throw into my re-cycling bin ending up in the indian ocean.
RoboFox Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 "Official waste partner, you'll never sing that..."
TheUltimateWinner Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 Great signing, shows real ambition this
The People's Hero Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 OFFICIAL WASTE PARTNER? Good grief. And thank heavens they told us. That's one of the great unanswered questions finally put to bed.
Wymsey Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 The current owner of the company has done very well. Started as an ex-binman, didn't agree with certain things and took over the local company with his own approach which has saved the local council quite a lot of money.
dyanmark Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 This company dumped a huge skip load of stuff in my old business yard -just because it had some asbestos in it.How rude I am eternally miffed with BBC and the Attenborough fans teling me off for plastic in the ocean stuck up a seals nose .Its not us in Leicester is it -my rubbish goes in the bin and ends up in a huge hole in Mountsorrel it definitely does not end up in the Indian ocean. They are trying to make us all feel guilty for an issue that is not ours.

You do understand that if we shun plastic then companies around the world will be forced to find alternatives?
Poznan34 Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 Does anyone know how much £££ we get from stuff like this? £100k? £500k? more?

Freeman's Wharfer Posted 10 January 2019 Posted 10 January 2019 Wanted to align their brand with Puel’s style of football? It stinks. It’s wasteful. And it needs taking away.

You should buy your olives tinned anyway. Go to Greece or Spain and they are tinned. We are the only people in the world that eat them from those odd plastic things. They come in frozen as well! Not as fresh as you might think This is 100% an olive container issue, right?

Frozen olives? Dolphins can FOAD if they think I’m having frozen olives.

Bloody dolphins don't know they're born. We should keep a few breeding pairs in captivity for those bucket list things of swimming with one, but otherwise catch them all (why are they swimming so close to tuna anyway??) Did you know olives are poisonous if eaten straight from the tree? I think that's right anyway. THey have to bury them or something, or did in the old days, now they probably do something different. That's if my mate Gavin who imports them isn't telling me porkies.

I don’t know if that’s true but I’m growing an olive tree in my garden so in about 30 years when it starts to grow them I’ll give you a shout.

Are they one of those trees where you need a male and female to get some pollination going? !remindme30years
