Russell sprout Posted 25 January 2019 Posted 25 January 2019 I’m at a wedding at 3 o clock and this was gonna be the 1st game at the kp I’ve missed in 6 years which I was fuming about, now I can go I’m buzzing
HybridFox Posted 25 January 2019 Posted 25 January 2019 Surely this is an own goal for BT! Got the Frank Warren boxing card in Leicester the same night (which I actually had tickets for!). How do they expect fans to go when the match is going to no doubt run into the undercard

We owe them nine goals. So that'll doubtless be another thrashing at the hands of the Owl. Worth putting a fiver on their keeper scoring, I reckon.

I'll be rushing now to get home and go out. And you'll have to watch us get schooled by Crystal Palace. Happy Birthday

Early kick offs all over the shop. I've got so little enthusiasm for this half of the season it's unreal. Honestly feel like April's come early.

Did we even have that in our league-winning season?

Palace was initially a 3pm and as others have said, it was caused by the League Cup final dropping a few tv games that weekend in the PL. Also, because so many PL clubs got through in Europe, the December announcement was delayed by about a week. Otherwise, every home game wouldn't have gone on sale until after the confirmed times. Blame the PL for not sticking to dates rather than the club. As I said above, the Man U game was moved the day after the deadline for my priority level to buy tickets. Anyway, it is what it is.

Southampton (H) to Everton (H) at the end of the title winning season. Crystal palace away two weeks earlier was the only non televised game in 9 fixtures from the start of March to May
ozleicester Posted 26 January 2019 Posted 26 January 2019 Its time for the club to support those fans that have been affected by a late change... if you have an existing ticket, they should refund. They are getting enough from the TV
Gazza M Posted 26 January 2019 Posted 26 January 2019 Roy 9 - 0 Claude Surely we are due some sort of a performance v this lot.

Corky Posted 26 January 2019 Posted 26 January 2019 Shit all round. Late change that could affect people travelling, shorter recovery time before the midweek game.
Devonfox1884 Posted 26 January 2019 Posted 26 January 2019 Be nice and late getting back to Devon now

m4DD0gg Posted 27 January 2019 Posted 27 January 2019 Another one of those horrible games where the opposition will have injuries/suspensions and we will be trailing by 2 at half time, puel getting booed, a bit more effort in the 2nd ultimately leading to nacho coming on in the 70th minute and standing around looking gormless.
