Palace Game Moved to 5.30pm on 23rd Feb

You're joking. That's two games running where I've booked tickets thinking it would be a 3pm Saturday game only for Sky/BT to subsequently choose it as a TV game and move the KO time. It's especially annoying if like me and my boys you travel a long way to games. I think the club should allow refunds in cases where this happens. Or perhaps stop selling tickets for games months before they are due to take place.

I just read the Sky list and saw just Watford away so thought great they've left our home games alone.....forgot about BT though!

Sympathy with above sentiments, I don't know if these announcement dates are known to clubs or not but the Man Utd tickets went on sale to members one morning and by mid afternoon the date had changed, I know our sales schedule is published well in advance but it would have made sense to have some kind of synchronicity between the two things when they're going to be that close anyway.

Maybe you should wait until the TV games are announced before you buy train tickets.

Bit annoying, that's my Birthday, had planned to go home first and get ready before going out for a drink and meal. I'll be rushing now to get home and go out.

The club's deadline for buying Man U tickets for my priority level was the day before the TV games were announced.

The TV games had been announced. This is a late mess around because Man City, who did have the slot, aren't playing in the league that weekend now

Absolute snide move by them. We should as a set of fans be complaining about this. I accept television companies have their right but once they have announced their choices, it should not change.

Away fans and Leicester fans from outside of the city will have booked travel home. As they saw the game not selected

Trouble is clubs agree to accept the payments and the money Sky / BT put into the game so they can't complain about it and it affects the fans who go to the games,  clubs / TV companies nowadays couldn't give a shit about them its all about the armchair fans these days.

By which time the reasonably priced train tickets have sold out & only the extortionate priced tickets are left.

LCFC have actually been good this year and put tickets on sale when tv fixtures were due to be announced. Palace was initially a 3pm and as others have said, it was caused by the League Cup final dropping a few tv games that weekend in the PL.

Also, because so many PL clubs got through in Europe, the December announcement was delayed by about a week. Otherwise, every home game wouldn't have gone on sale until after the confirmed times. Blame the PL for not sticking to dates rather than the club.

What's the latest they can change a game?

I remember Arsenal away in the title winning season they changed that at 23 days notice even after all the sky fixtures had been announced in the December.
