**** me just watched the first ten minutes of Primal Scream on iplayer and had to turn it off. Surely that’s a parody?

Agree. That God awful period in which they thought they were the Stones circa 1972.

Arctic Monkeys, Guns 'n' Roses and Elton John headlining this year.

No doubt Yer Dad will still find something wrong with that line-up though.

Sounds good to me. Probably Elton's last big show and I'm sure this is Arctic's 4th healine which is impressive.

Were Guns n Roses not touring last year and getting absolutely ripped becayse Axl's performances were terrible?

Unless that was his pre season and he's coming back to smash it in 2023.

Elton John and AM make sense though, Elton's retiring isn't he? Arctic Monkeys speak for themselves. Big British act who will be in fine form after a UK tour

He sounds like Mickey Mouse when doing songs in his higher register nowadays. Still sounds decent in his deeper voice. Sadly most GnR songs are the former. lol

Why were they down as The Churnups?

It was a surprise special guest so just a made up name, why did the Foos have to turn really boring, I remember seeing them in 1997, brilliant, no messing about, just banging out the tunes one after another, now they turn a 5 minute song into a 10 minute song.

I'm sure Texas couldn't run and manage a successful paper merchants. I couldn't do what-, well, I could do what they do, and I think they knew that, even back then.

Dave mentioned in an interview about “churning up” at Taylor’s death in an interview, I think.

First 3 albums great

The first one is my favourite. Probably because it is still quite grungy. When I listen to most of their albums though, the vast majority of them is filler.
