Could this lad be our plan B when Vardy is unavailable , He is 20 now so ready for the move up , he is tall 6-3 and with a very good scoring record , could be our Tammy Abraham .

Strikers seem to be different , they just seem to have the gift , you can only teach them so much .Owen , Messi , Shearer , Kane , all teenagers when they got their chances . Pick him for a cup game and see what he can do.

Please tell me you haven't just compared giving Hirst a run in the first team to Messi getting a chance?

Nope , Nobody can compare to Messi, but strikers often start young and that's because managers took a chance , Hirst is recognised as promising in age group football , and we need some options up front.

I reckon this is Iheanacho's last year with us given the amount of game time he's getting and I don't think Rodgers has the full trust he'll do a job in any case. Should we sell him on in January or the summer, I think we'll seriously consider Hirst as an option to come into the fold.
