Facecloth Posted 21 November 2019 Posted 21 November 2019 (edited) So this is basically Söyüncü's understudy at Freiburg coming to be his understudy here too? Edited 21 November 2019 by Facecloth

He's played as many games for Frieburg as Söyüncü as here, so it looks like he stepped in when he left. I don't think he's replacing Söyüncü, we're not selling. 1
Popular Post Finnegan Posted 22 November 2019 Popular Post Posted 22 November 2019 Could do much much worse than raiding Freiburg at the moment. They're having a cracking season. Watched them a few times lately, really like the look of Waldschmit as well. Beauty of a left foot. We talk a lot about potential Vardy heirs, he'd be a good one. 5
foxfanazer Posted 24 November 2019 Posted 24 November 2019 We can't have Fuchs and Koch on the books at the same time 2

The name Waldschmit rings a bell, can't remember if he was suggested on here or if we had a concrete link. This story does reek of the sort of business we've been doing recently though. 1

49er Posted 24 November 2019 Posted 24 November 2019 He certainly caught the eye. I was equally impressed when I saw Kaputska playing for Poland in the 2016 Euros. Really delighted when we signed him. Sadly it hasn’t worked out
StriderHiryu Posted 24 November 2019 Posted 24 November 2019 Of course the logical progression for Leicester City after signing Soyuncu is to literally sign a massive Koch as centre back. There is no way I can see such a move not working out. He will be an instant hero!
Rusko187 Posted 24 November 2019 Posted 24 November 2019 Think if we get this guy, we could convince Michael Ball out of retirement?
RonnieTodger Posted 25 November 2019 Posted 25 November 2019 Freiburg look the business on BT's Bundesliga highlights, so that's enough for me

Worth watching or recording mate, should be a good match. Two very tidy, over achieving sides. 1

As an unabashed football hipster I'm so glad () Gladbach are doing well because of Rene Maric the assistant
