Hasn’t been seen in public since April 13th and missed a huge event on the 15th- the birthday of their founder and his grandad... it’s THE biggest date in the North Korean calendar so for him to choose to miss it is inconceivable. One report saying he is brain dead from a botched heart operation, another saying he is recovering from surgery another report saying he is simply hiding out in a coastal resort until this covid-19 has gone. Something is going on but the reality is i don’t think anyone knows what.. A Taiwanese intelligence official said today ‘ he’s sick’ Trump said yesterday that he knows what’s happened, and that he can’t say but he wishes him well. All very odd!

He can't let on he's weak (because of his magical powers) so he's riding it out and will probably appear fit and healthy in a few weeks claiming he's had a holiday or shooting numerous 18s on rounds of golf or something.

A couple of weeks back, a would-be North Korean defector was shot, wounded and captured by Chinese border police. When they took him to hospital, he reportedly tested positive for Covid.... That could be another reason for the Chinese to send a high-level medical team, if they did. If the virus is rife in NK, China wouldn't want the risk of its neighbour descending into chaos, floods of refugees coming over the border etc.

I'd be wary of using "Trump" and "intelligence" in the same sentence unless accompanied by "low" or "little" tbh - especially when he's started contradicting them. Anyway, general source sentiment over here is that he's currently handling affairs "normally" - or what passes for normal up there. Possibly sheltering from Covid.
