He was good at Leicester.

We now have better.

At the time, I would have rather he had stayed.

He did his best for Leicester and got us money.

I don't know why people listen to Maguire, Just because he's fluked his way to be England captain , basically because there's no one else, under a manager who's never going to win anything in a million years,  doesn't excuse him from being a clueless dickhead. He might have a massive head, but he's got the footballing brain of homar simpsom...duh

I've got nothing against Harry Maguire, I think he's a good player that was good for us. But he's definitely bitten off more than he can chew going to Man United who are lucky they signed a wonderful player in Bruno Fernandes that bails them out of trouble time and time again and in fact does Maguire's job (captain) for him. But I thought it was a really funny statement to make given the game, and compares really badly compared to Man United captains of the past. He could learn a thing or two from James Maddison when it comes to interviews actually!

Anyway it's crazy we signed Jonny Evans, Caglar Soyuncu and Wesley Fofana for less than we sold Harry Maguire for! Yesterday in the first half Soyuncu was everything Maguire is not, throwing himself at the ball, chasing everything, winning every header, marshaling the back 4 with Evans with very strong communication (Maguire is super quiet for Man U). We really did incredibly well in that deal.

I used less words but yeah.

Maguire would be useful at attacking set pieces, you diatribe merchant.

Villa are a very good team. Their league position is slightly deceptive given their games in hand. They are challenging for a Champions League position. That will be a tough match. We really need a win or draw their to increase our chances.

Me and my mate went to huddersfield the other year when maguire was out and the first thing he said was why aren't we playing soyunchu instead of maguire. Soyunchu is in a different league to maguire. Maguire is just a huge meathead. He's got no skill and relies on his presence to overcome.

Take out Grealish and they are nothing.  Everytime he comes near one of our players we should be covering and going down for a foull.

Maguire is a good player.  Soyuncu, while lacking an 'h', is teetering on world class.

Recognising Caglar's qualities is one thing; imo, we Don't need to denegrate a fine player like Maguire.  Even if Man Ure are hard to like.

They really aren't. Its a season where anyone can beat anyone, I genuinely think most Prem seasons they would finish bottom half at best

There's just been a Leeds fan on 606 saying they are surviving this season with a team of championship players and no other manager could do what Bielsa has done lol When pointed out last year Wilder did the same with Sheff Utd they guy claims they spent money. I'm pretty sure Leeds have spent a lot more this season than Sheff Utd did last year.

I think the West Brom players and management shouldn't take too much criticism. They aren't good enough and I think they know it. The board needs to take all the criticism there for the lack of investment. I mean they pulled out of signing Musa on a free because the chairmen said he couldn't afford his wages.

I never ever thought I’d see a Leicester fan criticize someone for not signing Musa lol

People said that about us with Vardy.

Watkins, Martinez, Targett and Cash have stood out for me. They have other very good rated players too. https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/24/Show/England-Aston-Villa

Whoscored European team ratings after 22 games.

Apparently their performances have started to wobble. Could be a good time to play them.

Apparently yesterday and v West Ham were there worst performances of the season and both very recent.

He's got one asset and that's his size and his "skill" relies on his size and expecting opposition players to get out of the way. His actual football skills are not in the same league a Soynchcu, i'd love to see him try a cruyff turn, but because of his size he'd end up flat on his back.

Villa are a good side. We'll do well to win next Sunday. Grealish, Barkley, Luiz, McGinn, Konsa and watkins very good players.

Cash, Mings and Martinez all massively ovverated.

Will be a very tough game. Theyve got a whole week off so will be fresh.

I think the board actually have to take some credit for that decision 😄

Martinez or Heaton, Cash, Mings, Konsa, Barkley, Grealish, Watkins, Traore.  All could potentially thrive at Big 4 Leicester.  They are a good team.  7th to 13th

7th to 13th suggests they're an average PL side...

Nothing to fear. We're the better team. Go there and win.

I look at it like this. If they win they will have played well, if we lose, we will have played poorly.

That's been circulating since the defeat and I think it was debunked.
