It's called an 'umlaut.' It's the only accent I know the name of, for some reason. Possibly because heavy metal bands like to use it unnecessarily.

 

On a letter u, hold alt and type 0252 for lower case. Alt + 0220 is upper case.

Apparently it is now an option rather than a requirement to buy after the loan - Rudders has played a blinder.

Yes, but there is no official announcement of that, so does that mean there is no option or do they just not announce that detail?
