I know it's popular to have a pop at him but it wasn't a penalty. He played the ball into the attacker. Hence why it was a goal kick. 

 

His chasing back for their goal was his clanger today. But even there he needed Ricardo to slow the player on the ball down by engaging him while he had nobody to pass too.

I genuinely don’t know what he does even after seeing him play for 3-4 seasons. 
slow, can’t defend and always in wrong position, puts an occasional decent cross in the box every other Month and got rewarded with a 4 year contract. Laughable! Systematic of the huge problem in the club. Highest paid Lb in the league and likely the worst player.

I’ve just seen a replay of this for the first time - it’s 100% a penalty.

Sat right in line with that in SK2, ref & lino got it completly wrong, like you say stonewall penalty. Thomas didn't touch the ball. Couldn't believe it when he didn't point to the spot.

I know he's had some pelters this season and rightly so.  His goal last night summed up our team, his starting position is way behind the midfield yet he manages to out run them all and get in the box to finish.
