He played every single game possible for Liverpool that he was able for, only games he missed were due to injury. That was also a complete shambles of a Schalke team, even Lil Wes would have looked like a mess playing for that side. After the Newcastle game Brendan highlighted that without johnny organizing things fell apart... Maybe he thinks that brining in another turkish speaker (who im pretty sure also speaks english) means that the organization would be better. It could allow Soyuncu to flourish as, looking at the turkey team, it seemed like he was the organizer and just about the only player who leaves the euros with his head held high.
