Just more clickbait crap....probably. Besiktas looking for another loan in his final year.

I mean, a loan hasn't been suggested anywhere at all.

They reported it was almost done before pre season started but hope its true now. Did he come on against Villarreal?

How can they afford Godin and Costa?

Who says will they pay transfer fee for them ?

costa is free player now. He didnt play almost for full year! Godin gets 4 million euros after tax from cagliari .. cagliari wants to get rid of him and besiktas wants to pay off half of his wages.

this is how Besiktas wants to sign them.

3M euros for ghezzal is not a bad offer for foxes! You guys can get rid of the wages of Ghezzal and get a better proper right wing for epl

Quite a reliable source. Let face it we've only been keeping him in games/training to make them commit to a deal. Hopefully he's gone, chapter closed.

I would rather keep Ghezzal over Perez I think he actually offers more

Ghezzal has proved to us all that he is not good enough for the PL,and some of you saying get rid of perez and keep Ghezzal ,keep Perez  he has a lot more to offer than Ghezzal

Unpopular opinion, but I think as a number 10 he’s actually pretty decent. His set piece delivery is good and he definitely has technical ability; just not enough pace to be a genuinely effective premiership winger.

I tend to think the combination of his clever passes, good control and dead ball contributions would give us more than we get from Perez. I don’t think he is at the level we need to be at to break the Top 4, but he’s arguably as good as our other options as Madders’ back up.

Perez (although he scored a tap in) has looked terrible in pre-season, looks massively like the weak link in the team. I dread to think starting the season with him on the right or behind the striker.

Would play him over Perez

100m sprint to decide. The one that can do it in under a week gets the nod.

This will be unpopular but for 3 million I would keep him. That just seems an insulting amount for the season he’s just had for them.

So you lose 3 million and then may him say 1.5m in wages, so around 4.5m

If he played 10 games that would cost 450k per game.

He would be lucky to get a couple of games in the cup, so probably be more like 2m per game.

Which pre season games has he looked terrible in?

...the problem with Ghezzal is that he is scared or refuses to have any contact on the pitch!!!

The skillset is there, he just lacks the courage to compete on the pitch. He is confident to step-up for deadball situations and does put in a good ball, but that situation does not involve coming into contact with the opposition.

This does not appear to be a confidence issue, it is a choice he has made, either through apathy or a deliberate ploy to take money from the club, under clearly, false pretences.

.. he didn’t look too bad against Villareal, but that was mainly due to Ricardo pushing forward!!!

They have always linked well as Ricardo is always a willing runner.

3 million just seems too low. When Besiktas first enquired they were quoted 12 from reports and they were insistent that they wouldn’t go above 3. Everything went quiet until the latest report. Either that report is wrong or we have given in. We shouldn’t be selling players on the terms of the buying club!

putting it another way, if he was a besiktas player and we were trying to sign him after last season they would be asking a hell of a lot more than 3 million.

Agree with the “too low” thing. We’re excellent at buying but we need to be more like Liverpool with selling going forwards!

I think Besiktas have called our bluff and we have finally had to cave. He has even played a big part in pre-season but obviously Besiktas haven't panicked and we are at the point where we just have to accept their low offer or be forced to keep him. Surprised more teams didn't come in for him and maybe that was our hope, but looks like Besiktas patience has paid off for them (if this deal agreed is true of course)
