Lazio president Claudio Lotito will meet with coach Simone Inzaghi today to discuss his contract renewal amidst interest from Premier League side Leicester City.

According to a report from Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the 45-year-old Italian coach recently suggested that he will confirm his contract renewal at the end of the season, despite recent reports that pen would be put to paper after his recovery from Covid-19.

President Lotito will be in Formello today and will meet with Inzaghi after this morning’s training session, where it’s likely that the contract renewal will be the dominant topic.

The Biancocelesti coach’s contract expires in less than three months now, and whilst a move to Napoli does seem off the cards, a move abroad could still occur.

Premier League side Leicester City are interested in Inzaghi as a possible replacement for Brendan Rodgers, but talks will not start unless the 45-year-old Italian coach fails to sign a contract renewal.

This is implying BR will go Spurs?

Well it's probably like most transfer rumours click bait but I post it here to save others from clicking on it.

It's common practice for us to look at potential coaches - Rodgers won't be here in 3 years time so sensible planning.

Exactly this, we can’t just hope he is here to stay forever, we need to have insurance in case he does go and ensure we get the right man to continue the excellent work Rodgers has done.

Us having a vacancy quite important, too? Sort of?

Dunno anything about the Atalanta manager but he seems to have got them punching above their weight, rather like us, and i liked his attacking style from the other night.

Would Inghazi coming here entice Gosens to follow him?

Not that this has any legs unless BR decides to move to Spurs, which I think is extremely unlikely.

Inzaghi is the manager of Lazio, Gasperini is the Atalanta manager where Gosens plays

Is it?, i thought it was common practice to sack them either because they can't see eye to eye with the squad or their offspring decide to get a good rimming off a Thai prozzie.

Our next manager will be David Moyes, I was driving behind him in Thurmaston on Sunday

The Mercury did a list the other week of the worst in the county and didn't include it. Had the one in the middle.of Syston, which I agree with, Pork Pie and Fosse Park.
