Popular Post rn9013 Posted 17 October 2021 Popular Post Posted 17 October 2021 Don’t get me wrong Newcastle’s start to the season warrants Bruce probably being up there as one of the favourites for the sack. BUT…this media narrative about Newcastle being amazing fans that deserve success is utter rubbish based on that evidence. 85 mins the stadium was half empty, and the abuse aimed at Bruce all game (considering he’s a Newcastle fan and has kept them in the premier league on next to no budget) shows to me they’re not as great a fan base as the media like to portray them as. 5
Jattdogg Posted 17 October 2021 Posted 17 October 2021 Hope, conflicted morality as Newcastle fans welcome Saudi owners https://www.thescore.com/epl/news/2202780
TrentFox Posted 17 October 2021 Posted 17 October 2021 Geordie Arabians have started bribing officials already - how was that handball not a penalty. Get used to it 😞😞

He's bent the knee to his paymaster and didn't have the backbone to make a stand or leave the club as he knows he has no future anywhere else in the PL
midland_red Posted 17 October 2021 Posted 17 October 2021 Of course Bruce will probably be glad to be out. Anyone losing from now on will probably get a midnight visit from the Saudis heavies

In the context of Newcastle’s current situation?

Probably send the manager a letter inviting them to a meeting at an overseas embassy. That’s when you know you’re in trouble. 1

Robbie Savage will be defending his mate to the end, though. Edited 17 October 2021 by Parafox

ceredigion Posted 17 October 2021 Posted 17 October 2021 Every club in the PL will be doing their level best to beat Newcastle between now and the end of the season, in the hope of sending them down before they can start splashing the cash. 1
