Tournaments are different because they're usually () summer and doesn't disrupt club football...usually.

Can these people just **** off already? Their intentions are clear, they aren't inline with the interests of football to the fans or the soul of the game, they just want to make themselves as much money as possible.

 

I hate the idea of a Super League, naturally. But FIFA coming out looking any better from that particular fiasco is ridiculous if these article headlines are genuine considerations from powerful people there.

Think about the clubs players..even more too much game-time...

& Clubs Not having those individual selected players available....

You pay £40-100mil for a player, you Dont want them Swanning off Not 4-6 time, but 8-12 times a year or getting injured...

Being sarcastic then Let FIFA pay £20 Mil & their Wages to the clubs towards International selected players..!!

Its a Disgracel farce..Sit there the whole Year in Meetings & still come out with this absolute diabolical ideas...

 

Now if they ran/introduced/created Another mini-WCup-competion, where the lower-ranked international teams, Play each other,to qualify for the following

Major-finals...that would be more interesting & Motivation For, for example, Gibralter,San Marino,Luxembourg,Mali,Ecuador...

Finalist Plus maybe semi Finalists ???  Qualify to play then in the following Major-finals....

 

The bait und balance...for lower ranked sides, get to win something, & Not just help towards the opposition Goal-difference by continually Losing

6 or 9 to 0, & just being cannon-fodder..!  They can slowly improve n grow  their rankings,they can then join the Big boys, Plus they can 'earn'

recognition,  for their countries &  Not always be a laughing Stock & easy pray, for the "entitled"...

If would also suit & help some European, African, oceanic, S.American small Football nations...a mini-WCup title gives them something to aim for.

 

Fifa decide over recognition of Rankings & where The line ( position of rank) starts or begins, in Unison 

with European(EUEFA), Africa(AFCON) , CONCACAF...etc etc Football groups...

 

But thats just one idea..!!

These people don't have the first clue. Fans should be left wanting more, not less. The World Cup should be an event that isn't regular, you savour the atmosphere and the tension knowing you've got to wait a while for the next one.
