If you had 100 rivalry points to assign to teams who would you give them to?

I tried to start this in the last thread but I think it got lost in the melee.

I’ll start;

Forest - 40

Spurs - 20

Villa - 20

Chelsea - 15

Derby - 5

I have to double that, since my wife's an Arsenal fan :P :D

Forest 100

This thread has been done a million times. But still fun.

City and suburbs, Loughborough and Melton - 98 forest, 1 Derby, 1 cov

Hinckley,.Lutterworth- 98 cov, 1 forest, 1 Derby

Nw leics ashby etc - 98 Derby, 1 forest, 1 cov

Edit..actually, I think ashby have a thing against villa, not cov.

Time and age has an effect as well I think. The rivalry with Derby was pretty passionate in the 90s, and with Cov up to the late 2000s when we were both in danger of going down to the 3rd tier. Now the idea of either being a rival is quite amusing.

I'd quite like a West / East Midlands Premier League rivalry to take shape.

West midlands already have their own rivals.

I’ve always disliked Villa more than Cov - though I’m sure it’s low on their list of rivals

True, but like us they're a bit lonely in the Prem now.

To be honest there's nothing worse than a manufactured rivalry. Here's hoping Forest somehow stop being shit and make it back to the top tier.

I used to hate Cov more than anyone. Always seemed like a scummy club. Just feel sorry for them now though.

The simple fact is we don’t have anyone that we can class as a direct rival or a derby. The factors as mentioned will be defined by the era you started supporting us and/or where abouts in the county (majority of) fans live.

For me it’s always been that little bit more of hatred towards Forest than Derby out of the two initially growing up, even though the more dramatic games seemed to come against Derby (3-3 Iwan is a Welshman, playoff final)

If you have a rivalry as strong as what Villa have with Blues and Wolves with WBA then you don't go searching.

Yeah agree them or Cov somehow doing it would mix up the season a bit.

Same here. My extended family are big time Cov supporters, which made me hate them with a passion. Worse moment came when they won the FA cup in 87 (great game). But now when I hear about their plight from family members, I just pity them. What a sad club.

Spurs aren't our rivals and never will be, no matter how much we dislike them. Personally I hate Liverpool but they're not rivals.

We have a bit more history with Chelsea.

I disagree. I hate Spurs, and I think many City fans very much dislike them too.

I don’t like Chelsea either, but hate Spurs more so.
