looked a clear pen to me. they even showed the contact on the replays

That's a shocking decision. If the Huddersfield player hand't pulled his foot back he would've been wiped out and a nailed on pen. Because he's pulled back the contact doesn't look as bad - but then he's guaranteed to lose balance.
