Don't see why that suggests we are going to struggle for goals 2

Bailey has had a 2 good seasons out of 4 at Leverkusen 60% of which playing LW. Bailey is not guaranteed be successful in the PL anymore the Sowah and a lot more risky at 30m. Ric Flair Posted 27 July 2021 Posted 27 July 2021 Bailey is probably worth that after last season but I'm not that fussed, it's a lot of money that we seemingly don't have right now/not prepared to spend. There's better value IMO. We'd get Neres for that amount easily and I think he'd be available on a loan with an obligation/option which will be more attractive to us. 1

I would much prefer one of the younger guys who could still kick on to be world beating. Bailey is approaching his prime and still isn’t that good. If we are going all out for someone that expensive it should be Berardi for me!
