Barnes amd Ndidi definitely getting way too favourable ratings based on past performances today.

Thought both were poor, I gave Vards and Kel 7s that's it. Thought Kel, as always, was a shining light when he came on. Some cracking holdup play.

If it wasn’t for a colossal block from Big Dan, we would have drew 1-1 ;)

Did he give the ball to Wolves to start with?

All I remember was that he saved the day on that particular occasion ;)

I'm not an Amartey hater, but he was piss poor today.

I sadly agree. He made some good interventions, but could easily have given away 3 goals through unforced individual errors: twice passed it straight to attackers, once completely wrong side of his man on a break.

I'd be inclined to keep him due to his versatility, but would prefer him only to play in an injury crisis or LC games if he's going to have shockers like that!

Tielemans, Soyuncu, Vardy & Ricardo looked good today - the latter is particularly welcome, as Ricardo still seemed below par last season after returning from injury.

Barnes & Maddison got involved today but looked very rusty.

Strange if people were moaning about Vestergaard, as I thought he did well as a sub - particularly having only had one training session with his new teammates? Kelechi improved us, too

Tielemans was easily our best player, I can’t believe he’s got a 7.1 average rating at the time of writing.

Amartey was a proper mixed bag, some fantastic blocks but some really poor distribution.

The less said about Maddison the better, had about as much impact on the game as Fabio Silva.

No way was Amartey better than Soyuncu today!

I like big Dan but he was our poorest player today I thought. Still did ok tho like most of the team.

I thought Riccy P was out standout player today.

I'll say this for Ayoze - he's lowered the bar so effectively that it's easy for him to win some praise.  Not being the worst Leicester player on the pitch (Amartey and Maddison pipped him there) has some saying he was brilliant.  He was largely invisible as usual and single-handedly shorted out a couple of attacks with atrocious giveaways.

As for Amartey I must say I find it mystifying how some folks defend him to the death when virtually every match he starts, he makes at least 1-2 shocking mistakes which lead to great chances for the enemy (not to mention being completely ineffectual on the ball and thus offering nothing going forward).  I get that he's a loyal Leicester man and a hard worker, but I never want to see him in the back line in any game that we really need to win.  He's just not good, plain and simple.
