Chelsea's is the best I've done, but apparently the most expensive?

Arsenal's was very very good but a previous poster said its been changed.

I'm all interested in this now. I wonder how prices vary and how much correlation there is.

The worst I've done were Aston Villa and West Ham; must be something in the claret and blue.

Our idea of a hospitality experience seems completely shit.

If you pay good money for good service your entitled to give feedback at the very least otherwise how else can the club make improvements. It’s not a one time deal the club ,would like to maintain the success of its hospitality service so make customers happy!

Nothing to do with whinging at all. Please let us know OP how you get on and if you hear back. If you get no joy from customer service than someone is slacking in that dept. write a note to Susan or Top. Good luck

I was considering doing this for some of my insurance brokers; but I don't like the sound of it based on this post.

We must have some others on here who will attend in this capacity. Can someone let us know if it picks up over coming weeks?

I'm looking for a decent sit down, dining experience, waitor service etc

the vast majority of hospitality seats in the stadium are presold ‘season tickets’

So you aren’t going to have pre match tour type stuff.

With the current situation they won’t want to be doing that if they don’t need to anyway.

I’m not aware that this seasons prices are any lower than two years ago - if it turns out that the club cannot provide the same quality product that they did back then for covid reasons then perhaps they should make a repayment at some point in compensation

It's disappointing to hear that someone has spent that amount of hard earned money, to make a special memory, and be left unhappy with the service.

It doesn't sound like the OP was expecting Möet on tap, but you do expect a certain level of personal service for that amount of money.

Hopefully the club compensate you for your poor experience.

I had the "mini" hospitality at Anfield a few years ago (took my Liverpool supporting nephew). Paid about £150 each I think and it was really good.

Nice selection of buffet food, soft drinks, tea coffee etc and a very nice lounge/hall area before the game, at half time and after full time.

Best thing was the genuine welcome we received. Each table had it's own host or hostess, smartly dressed in suits who greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed.

I asked a question about this the other day thinking about getting some hospitality tickets to a Europa game this season as a gift for someone.... thanks very much for your info @Delfoxed !

....I wonder how the club would view the OP in respect of your reaction!!!

Could become an issue as it could impact on their image and possible loss of sales.

Yeah I would also very much like to hear reviews from anyone else who goes this season, am still considering buying some later this year as a gift despite OPs post, but I’d be keen to hear from anyone else who has paid for these seats this season.

The club does most things right, and I’m not going to write it off completely from one negative review especially as it’s the first real chance for this to happen since Covid.

I done hospitality for the lights out game, about 7 yrs ago? Obviously didn’t get the full enjoyment because we had to leave straight after the game. Food was alright. The ex player we had was more bothered about chatting to his mates than anyone else. I wasn’t too fussed but the wife wasn’t happy after paying out £200. We complained. Got offered 10% off another visit. Complained about that. So they offered us free tickets. Obviously went.

I agree that the hospitality isn’t worth £400 and I’ve never experienced it. These packages are never worth the money, but I’m not really sure what you expect the club to do about it. They’ve kinda delivered what was advertised, which is a bog standard meal and the listed seats - maybe your expectations were just a bit too high?

Ok... so 2 years ago i paid 80quid for a hospitality deal at a hotel for the Bournemouth Airshow.

What did I get?

Exclusive seats on the hotel terrace, with the absolute best view.  All you can drink for 6 hours. MASSIVE buffet lunch, and afternoon tea

And you got to see a fair few Right Wing(er)s.

I think making it known to the Club first and foremost is absolute correct. If however they fail to respond in an acceptable way, then for sure come on here and spread the news.  We all love the Club, but of course this does not allow them to sell us the fans short. I hope the Club do the decent thing - I think they will.

I fail to see how the club have delivered short myself. These hospitality packages are daylight robbery in every venue, it’s just what the product is.

I've done great experiences in Leicester hospitality but I think there were lots of problems at the wolves game ranging from a lack of staff and those that were there really didn't have a clue about anything and looked like this was the first job they've ever done.

Add in to that all the card machines were unreliable made for a shoddy experience.

I've done a box and a meal before a game in the past.  League 1 season.  Walking out of the box and into the stands to sit down was quite a novel experience but then I didn't pay for it.

Would I do it again?

No, the food was shocking.  lol

I'm willing to accept that the first event the club had held in 18 months would encounter teething problems. The air condition not working wouldn't be an issue for most games in a football season and i'm sure the day would have been much better had the drinks been flowing. The food was nice, just not up to the standard of a Sunday lunch at the Ritz (although about the same price).

The guy on the PA could have been a City legend but I doubt it, he was so far away and as the PA system intermittent it was hard to tell (he didn't introduce himself......and i have been a fan since the early 80's).

For others asking, we did receive a program and a free gift.........an unlined note pad with a fox emblem printed off centre (I kid you not !).

I have emailed the club and stated I am not looking for compensation and only wish them to improve the service i received as i wish the club to continue to grow and hope to enjoy their further success.

Wait or service?

Sounds like you’d be buying the former.
