I’ve read some bilge over about 4 or 5 pages of this thread…. I didn’t watch the match as I don’t own a hooky watchamacallit, but, I saw the goals and you can get in the bin for that comment…. He pinged it and it grazed a leg as it flew in the net….

We have many issues at the minute but in the face of it we have the know how of winning. Is it deserved? Possibly not, is it pleasant? Definitely not but absolutely essential if you want to be a team that finishes in the top 6 year in, year out.

 

I don't really know the answers at the minute. There's too many players looking for form or getting bastard injured still and I'm absolutely none the wiser what Rodgers is up to with this squad but I still trust him male the majority of the right decisions going forward. Daka we are going to have contend that is barely going to play in the league to start with and surely the reason that's a problem is if Vardy isn't scoring but he's 2 goals and 1 assist in 3 games so that's the least of our problems for now.

 

KDH needs to be in for Maddison or Iheanacho depending on the opposition. I'd like to see Soumare in somewhere too.

As they shot, a Norwich player (I believe cantwell) was in an offside position in front of schmeichel and was therefore interfering with play.

Well of course, nobody in their right mind can expect that should we execute the same performance every game that we'll keep on winning and I'd hope we will improve, even if just on performance. The point I was making is that plenty of teams at this level fail to get results over the course of the season that keeps them in the mix, we do and that's so essential. It's very difficult to have the ability to do so.

in 60 years I have seen & suffered,t watching Leicester play some Top to Great games and lose,while others Teams have sometimes rode their luck & took the laurels..

At present, I want Rodgers to be the Front man & Stand in and up for for our/his players,they are up against it..!!

The brooding, the Shouting of the odds  blame-making aint going to solve,

our injury inbalance in our squad & wont be solved in a Short time...

Its shown,we are having to dig in..by beating this difficult Bottom 6 team, But taking 3 pts we are already ahead of the last 2 seasons...

in 3 games we’ve been 6-7/10 at best and picked up 6 points,

when we get in gear we’ll be a solid team,

3 games 2 wins and not played especially well in any. Get players back, form improve and we will be exciting this season, hopefully a new right winger to come in too. Having said all that any more defensive injuries then we could struggle to keep enough clean sheets we getting thinner there by the week!

Very much not at our best yet. But we have 6 points in the opening 3 games which is a good return.  We will improve.  Bertrand will come in and will make a difference to us. Maddison and Barnes who are key will also get better.  Having said that I do look forward to seeing more of KDH and there is definitely a case for nacho to start at 10.

Have to agree with @Finnegan. I was at the game and Albrighton was awful apart from his goal. Lost the ball on almost every other occasion.

 

Obviously happy to win the 3 points today but they were barely deserved when you look at it without blue tinted specs on.

I always look at it with BTS...Media & Opponent only want to Take us down,Why join them...

Deserved  points, are those that you take...Think like a top team,give no leaway, for others to Tact against..!

One of the positives I think we can take is that we very rarely win whilst playing badly under Rodgers. If we develop a bit more resolve and grow into the season with better performances then we should have a good season

For once it feels like the International break is a god send and coming at exactly the right time for us.

 

We look tired, unfit, and it’s showing in our sloppiness, random acts of madness, hopefully these two weeks will be a time for us to regroup and come back with that hunger and look like us again as right now I don’t recognise us.

 

Having some players back after the international break would be useful as well.

 

As I’ve said previously for me Soyuncu looks well off the pace and right now he misses out not Amartey when Evans/Vestergaard is back.

That was a worst performance than against west ham , as Norwich are crap. I counted Maddison as having the ball 5 times in the 1st half and he lost it on 3 occasions. Vardy had 3 touch’s in the 2nd half Not his fault.YOURI in the 1st half played backwards more than he played forward . We need to get another midfielder in the middle of the park with instructions to drive the ball forward not backwards . Iam really getting sick of this play back play sideways , even when they have open space to drive into , god help us when we play the better sides .
