On his return to our stadium it finishes with a Leicester win 4-2. It also started with the same result for Claudio in the magical season, 4-2 win against Sunderland

Bit of a random one but does anyone know anything about the child that was rushed out by the medical staff in the second half?

No idea what was wrong with him but looked completely unresponsive when they were running past the Family Stand with him and really took the shine off the afternoon as could think of nothing else.

Fingers crossed all is OK.

Farrington Fox. He's had a great week hasn't he.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Difficult to read much into today due to the adverse weather conditions and the fact that I have post-match brain freeze. I was almost at pitch level and couldn't see **** all upfield. In view of this, both Schmeichel and Bachmann performed admirably. At times it was like one of those old spot the ball competitions.

Maddison has had his detractors, during and even absurdly prior to his slump in form, but today, his vision, creativity and footwork reminds us of his level of quality and his huge potential as a player. I like KDH a lot, but suggestions that he should start in his place today were ludicrous. The goal and the assists speak for themselves.

Vardy was relentless as ever. Again, the ludicrous calls for Daka to start over him on here lollollol. Even if he isn't scoring, he's continually pulling at the shoulder, peeling off, making diagonal runs which stretches the defence and allows Maddison in particular, space to operate. Two wonderful finishes.

Bloke behind me roaring obscenities at Evans when he attempted to let to ball run to Kasper - I find this so tiresome. He misjudged the pace and the bounce. If he gets injured, frankly we're ****ed. Great tackle in the second half on Sissoko was it? when he read his intentions to come inside.

Was Ndidi trying not to laugh when he came over to apologise to Söyüncü?    That diagonal yard pass form Cags, 50m yards upfield - can't recall who it found on the left - beautiful.

On the negative side, although I thought both Evans and Thomas had good games, our defence looks there for the taking against quality opposition. Watford have eight players out, are worse than us at the back, lost Dennis, yet before that, were causing us serious problems for much of the first half.

At least the shit goal music and the crappy clappers will have made a club like Watford feel welcomed and at home in a familiar tacky atmosphere today.

I dont think anyone is calling for Kiki to start over Madders but rather Bouba

Great fun today but I thought the standard of football was poor, even before the snow. Basically a championship game featuring Vardy and Madders

Wins a win, Vardys the goat. Two very poor individual mistakes for Watfords goals however Castagne made up for it with that crunching tackle for the fourth goal. Bring on Southampton! Oh and that Ndidi strike that hit Soyuncu in the face.. lol

Crazy game.

Maddison and Vardy were brilliant making our offensive play very exciting. Defensively we still look a mess. Watford got way too many chances and then brainfarts from Ndidi and Castagne gifting them goals, but they could easily have scored even more. At least we are fun to watch.

We could of also Scored more...I wish some Posters would Stop analysing games and Making end Judgement on the could ofs..!!

Ndidi "could" of shown more discipline and awareness then we wouldnt of conceded 2 Silly goals...& won 4-0...He didnt , so reality took over.

People having a regulat  Dig at Soumare..but Ndidi has also just been indifferent..We see Soumare is Not yet up to the  PL-pace,But still has decent moments,

what excuse as Ndidi for constantly being behind his player & therefore loses out on 2nd ball, himself being well Off the pace and concentration..

He isnt in the PL squad, But I would of seen a rotation place for Mendy..

Brendan might be thinking...I am going to give & Trust Soumare to eventually deliver more consistent performances....If Ndidi was deliverying better, and his

normal higher performances, then Soumare would look better and have more Cover & space..but that also hangs on those 'could of' moments.

I still Think our  defensive stress and inbalance, stems from our midfield uncertainties...Castagne had some Hospital passes in These last few weeks...

In the main yes, but honestly there were a few. If I could be bothered I'd find the posts in the pre-match thread.

Very good, so refreshing to see us attack, play on the front foot.

Again, like Thursday with all due respect it was against a poor team, but they are the type of game we struggle in because ‘we can’t break them down’ - have we even tried? Because the last 2 games it worked, it’s been exciting.

Our defence is still a shambles and I find myself looking at Evans and questioning him a lot recently - whether it due to niggles I don’t know, but he seems slow, laboured and at times confused.

Him and Schmeichel seem to be constantly at each other’s throats and need their heads banging together.

It was fits and starts today, there were times of passive football creeped in but i'm being supercritical there - you've always going to have spells of that in games, my issues have been with it be exclusively passive football, so good to be seeing positive, forward football.

Most of my criticisms seem to be being addressed, I just hope this continues and this change of tact is here to stay and not because it’s been 2 games against poor teams - that’s a positive in itself though, as I say, they are the games we really struggle in.

Showsec stewards hassling fans up in SK1:dunno:

I was in quite early and overheard the section manager, I think they suspected some fans without tickets for the correct section had come up to the back of the stand during the Legia game as people were standing in the aisle, so they upped ticket checks and were told to make sure nobody stood on the steps. I was quite far down today though, so I haven't witnessed what you describe.

Vardy proved himself 5+ years ago. What he's doing now is just a huge and consistent bonus 😁

Nobody can be seriously saying that, it has to be tongue in cheek. It's genuinely kind of crazy what Vardy has done for this club and one of the biggest things he's done is stay. To guarantee the sort of goals per seasons he's ratched-up since our title winning season you'd need to spend waaaaaaaaay more than anything this club would spend.

The fact he was serious tells you what his quality of thinking is like.

Jesus, I wouldn’t want to have been on the receiving end of that.

Simple solution to this but lets not expect that from the club.

When was this? Was walking to my seat and they had to take some guy out because he’d collapsed. There were quite a few stewards helping out.
