That's a ridiculous sentiment.  In my eyes (possibly not the current penalty laws) you have to be the one initiating contact in the box.  A clip of the ankle, barging in from the side. 

 

It's ruining the game when a defender plants a foot and the attacking player constructs contact by jumping into the leg.  

 

Leicester player or not, the rules are gash and that shouldn't be a penalty.

After watching the MLS final and watching Leicester., I'm beginning to think football is dying a death in this country.  We seem to be miles behind even the US now.
