Mate at work said he’d heard we were in for Danny Ings….not sure if there’s another thread so apologies if there is. 
 

anybody heard anything? He said he’d been told £6m

I really don't want Hirst as our no.3 striker. Daka or Iheanacho could get injured after 1 game and Hirst is our starting striker for our promotion bid? Blimey!

I’ve no idea whether he has any meaningful sources, but he had a Callum Doyle connection on 15 June, and us having ‘intensively scouted him last season’ around the time Tanner broke the Doyle story.

I think we're going to end up needing a lot of CBs this season, but if the first choices end up being Doyle, Coady and Souttar, I'm not sure Faes will want to stick around as a rotation option.

 

I guess even if Justin's primary position is RWB or LWB, he'll probably be counted among those options for an RCB or LCB role in a 3.

 

I think Ben Nelson has been in some of the new training pictures/videos. I wonder if he's going to be part of the squad this season as well.

Maybe Faes would be alright in the Championship but I can't ever see him improving on last season. If someone's mad enough to sign him certainly don't put up a fight

Something happened to him in Qatar that changed him somehow, I say we send him back get it reversed and go again.
