kingkisnorbo Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Absolute flat no on Ings. Would be a hall of fame Rudkin/King Power brainless signing.

ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 If we sell Nacho for peanuts and replace him with Ings I'll be absolutely livid.
TrickyTrevLeftPeg Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 I'd be disappointed with ings. Not sure he's long term what we are after. 1

Same Ings who has outscored Nacho in 4 of the last 5 seasons. I would prefer Nacho to stay but Ings isn't a bad player. 5
UniFox21 Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 With the Doyle, Trafford rumours alongside coady/winks and then ings rumours , it does look like we are looking for a mix of both youth and experience

Wymsey Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 (edited) His injury record would be the main concern. Edited 3 July 2023 by Wymsey 1
MPH Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Pile all our hopes on him? I hope not.. but as an option, sure. Loan would suit us with option, not obligation. It’s going to be a long hard slog of a season. there’s a chance he could come good in which case we’d be quids in. Gets injured again? Send him back.
volpeazzurro Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 In fairness it's the sort of nice thing Top would do, someone for Jonny Evans to chat to in the treatment room. Therapy friends. 1
RowlattsFox Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Really not keen on Ings, and I'd be worried at our approach. Happy with experience in midfield and defence. Vardy is the experienced striker. 1

There it is folks.................Dudkin´s annual Pension Top up gift to someone with Southampton connections. This has to be 500% no fuching way. NO MORE DEADWOOD PLEASE
Dahnsouff Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Rubbish, it’s just the media joining the dots between 2 older players and seeing Ings Even if it were true, maybe it’s just old duffer coverage should Vardy choose to go to Türkiye
CosbehFox Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Can't see Enzo approving of Inge considering our striker profile
st albans fox Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 The way ings dealt with that open goal in the final game makes me think it was a done deal back then 😂
ian__marshall Posted 3 July 2023 Posted 3 July 2023 Wouldn't be overly impressed with this. Legs went ages ago and he'd just be a drain on the wage bill as I suspect he'll demand a hefty salary. Also don't really see where he fits in to the system we're expected to play. Definitely better options out there.

Vardy is the experienced striker. Yeah with keeping 2/3 of Vardy/daka/Nacho we dont need to waste money on another striker. Put that money on a game changing attacking midfielder that will perform in the championship and also in the prem next year. Edited 3 July 2023 by les-tah
