I think the majority of level headed people will realise that Moss was absolutely fine tonight. Missed the odd thing here or there but what referees don’t? Certainly not why we lost.

If we want to be really pedantic he should’ve went Bergwijn off… but only for a second yellow after jumping into the crowd after their winner.

Agree. He was not to blame (but he is still a fat c**t).  And he may need a new watch.

Problem with Moss is he can't run, I reckon I could have him over 100 meters, if you watch him he can't keep up with play and tends to stay in the centre circle for most of the game so he does miss alot, in my opinion I'd have as the 3rd worst ref in the prem behind Craig Pawson and Andy Madley

Not many major decisions wrong tonight, but it’s ok if you still want to call him a fat willy puller. I’m more pissed off at our players and having to see Harry Kane’s lifeless face everywhere now.

Kane’s face makes me think of a rubbish dump mattress

There was one incident in the second half that still baffles me (maybe I am old and laws have changed)

We had a free kick in the second half on the left wing, just outside their box, one of their players was standing nowhere near 10 wards away, we tried to pass the ball to one of our players to put in a cross, but their player, intercepted the ball and set up a spurs attack. Surely, if a defending player is less than 10 yards away and plays the ball, is it not that free kick is retaken? Or is it our fault for taking the kick insisting that their player moves away? Or maybe we just had a shit ref.

What is the handball law these days?

Ball definitely came off Doherty's hand before landing at Bergwijn's feet.

Not sure if VAR even checked it

it’s now only the goal scorer that can be penalised from what i know, and even then it has to be deemed to be deliberate. they did away with the ‘any hand contact’ last season

At the time from where I was, it looked like a sending off.

but now after hearing from others it wasn’t.

he’s a poor ref, like a Sunday league one that doesn’t really leave 10 yard of the centre circle.

but yesterday was down to stupid mistakes.

I was going to post this but no one from our team seemed to make much of a fuss about it.

Another one that pissed me off last night was when their keeper went down and they carried on playing,

as soon as they lost possession he stopped play, then at the restart he gave them the ball.

Moss was fine, he was trying to let the game flow as much as possible. It worked for and against for both ourselves and spurs. But I'd prefer that to a stop/start ref.

A 90 second mental implosion from our players lost us the match.

Was VAR even in used, Moss had his normal shit game he never has liked us, but when all said and done we only have ourselves to blame. I am not one for match stats but I would like someone to work out just how much time our back 4 spend playing pass ball with each other. We don’t seem to be able to attack teams anymore and when being attacked we just back peddle to our 18 yard box and then try to stop them. We got what we deserved and until Rodgers and his staff change there tactics we will never play any different, injured players or not.

Or mistaking 5 minutes of added time when Moss decided 7 minutes just might help the spuds

the only issue i have is 7 mins of added time i'm not entirely sure where it came from tbf wasn't any major breaks in play.

Quite a big issue.

Regarding the 5 minutes of added time.

I believe they scored the 2nd at 94:55??

Add another 30 seconds to a minute for celebrations, and he's done the right thing in allowing 20 seconds of play or so for us to gift them a game winning chance.

Moss actually had a half decent match.

Didn't think he was too bad by his standards last night.

There was a match recently (that we won) that he really spoiled by being over-fussy and pedantic. Can't remember who it was against.

We back peddle to the 18 yard box because at least twice yesterday, Vestergaard tried (and failed) to win the ball 10 yards into the opposition half and then got absolutely done for pace, one time by Harry Kane. It was like watching a Vauxhall Nova pulling a caravan while chasing a Fiat Panda.

When I watch Moss, he always seems to make up some rules.

Obviously the referee can influence the outcome of any match, but seeing how the big six with their big stadiums seem to always get the benefit of the doubt. Is their perhaps a Premier League agenda to assist in this matter given the £billions they receive from a worldwide audience ?

Just me that thought he wasnt that bad overall?

He had one terrible game officiating Leicester and that was West Ham at home in the title winning season. Now unfortunately your average football fan will bare a grudge despite the fact we Won the title at a canter anyway.

he’s reffed us umpteen times since and he’s been pretty decent in every game. I don’t think he had a bad game last night, and a shove to the chest of someone getting in your face is not a red card, that’s not a matter of opinion, that’s the laws of the game. Think he missed one obvious shove in Albrightons back which was a blatant free kick and that was about it.

He can’t really be faulted for playing as long as he did either as there’s still forty seconds on the clock when they score. They must of got the second inside 20 seconds.

Embarrassing blaming him to be honest. Shows a lack of understanding of the game.

Yellow for jumping into the crowd twice.

To say he jumped into the crowd once would be utter hyperbole. Made it about a yard over the advertising boards before being blocked off by the stewards.

After the first goal he was just trying to get the ball back to the centre circle,
