To be honest the Roma fans absolutely adore him by all accounts and that's never a bad sign. Admittedly Spurs / Man Utd weren't having him.

There's a point where I'd have said no but I kind of miss that siege mentality and if he installed it here then yes.

There is part of me that thinks we'd like him if he was our manager lol

Not necessarily us, but I would like to see what he'd be like when he he's at a club that isn't expecting to win or challenge for things.

One of my all time favourite managers but wouldn't want him now.

10-20 years ago without doubt, obviously lol

He's already one of the greatest of all time so he doesn't have anything to prove.

Yes I'd love jose to manage this one game for us against spuds. He's the master of parking the bus and last minute smash & grab football.

If you're after a manager who will bring his ego and a chaotic 18-24 months before the whole thing crumbles around our ears and we need to give him £20m to go away, as well as turning some of you into some weird cult-like Mourinho loyalist then yes, let's get him in instantly.

Should you wish for LCFC to try and be sustainable and successful, forward thinking for the long-term, then I might suggest not going with him.

I guarantee wherever we are now would be set back five years by the time he'd finished with us.

After their goal yesterday their next shot on target was on the 80th minute. He has shown the ability to play good attacking football in the past but it takes one meltdown result like the 3-2 for spurs against west ham for him to piss his pants and shut up shop for the rest of the season. Apparently the same happened at Roma as well where they were good going forwards then got beaten heavily and now make no attempt to play football attractively.

And people moan about our style of football under Rodgers(!)

Would you really want to watch what Roma did last night every week? - Stick 11 mean behind the ball and allow the opposition 70% of the possession and hope for 1 or 2 counter-attacks throughout the game.

If he was still winning things there might be an reason for it, but he hasn't been doing that for years now.

Sounds a bit like our title winning season :D
