Amazing quickly a fan base can change once you end up in a serious relegation battle. Everton fans spent most of the season moaning and getting on the players but then celebrate going out at the bottom 3 like it's some kind of achievement. Understandable if course and we would be the same, just shoes how a mindset can change. They'll be praising Lampard for keeping them up next..

Tielemans doesn’t want to be here, I agree that he’s not tried his hardest this year. 
 

Our wingers have had all the attacking threat coached out of them, they don’t take their man on, and if they do get by we just pass back to the full back or CM and end up back at the CBs. It’s awful football and has been for a whole season.

He gets paid £10m a season to motivate them. Before today there was 5 games to play (or 13% of the season… or 1.3m of his salary) and that’s what we come up with.

Pathetic. As always there's no movement and as a result no creativity, just side to side around the defence until we lose it. Even the goal only came because of a defensive calamity from them. Just, relegation form since January, and no sign that Rodgers acknowledges the problems let alone has a plan to fix them. Time has to be up and it's incredible to think it should end like this given what we managed 12 months ago

I mean what can you even say to that? Literally the only achievement we had left this season was to help relegate Everton and we absolutely failed miserably. We rolled over yet again.

 

We have sacked managers for far less than this absolute nonsense we have served up this season. Boring, sideways, negative rubbish every week.

It, like it has been for so long was incredibly poor. It’s over. It’s now turning very sour. Which isn’t right. I hope these are his last few games with us and we get to wish him all the best for the future. Move on.

Barnes still does try and pass his man, except all he does is run into them. Ball greedy most of the time

It’s just absolutely abysmal, it really is. We are the easiest team to play against in the league. Nobody cared out there today other than Fofana. Brendan has got to go, I can’t see how anybody can still be behind him after the shambles of this season.

Just saw the corner goal and it's a nothing corner. How is Richarlison winning a header there. Evans isn't even trying to win it and Fofana has attacked it but nowhere near the ball. Embarrassing.

He looks so easy to read though, there's no drop of the shoulder, shimmy or anything, he just push ball forward in a hope to beat a player on pace which he can no longer do, he rarely tries to come inside either to keep full back guessing
