This is what's fascinating and what he's not yet had to deal with from the media. He should be under pressure, he's had the majority of his squad back and it's made fcuk all difference. We were arguably better before they returned if anything.

You are so right! At the hieght of the injury crisis we seemed to always get a goal or two (we needed them cos the opponent would always get one from a corner, and one in injury time - same as, same as).

We were BRILLIANT for a BTTS bet.

Bl**dy can't score now - now we have revved up the possession to around 70%!!

Believe Rodgers confirmed he was fine in his press conference the other day same with Maddison. Ricardo is out for the season though, although that could be anything given there’s only 2 weeks left :dunno:

It was better before Christmas when we had all those injuries and the height of covid to contend with. At least we got to see a few youngsters and the prospect of Doris the tea lady making the bench. We had an excuse for being poor then.

The trouble was that by the time we got anywhere near to a full strength team we were already out of contention in the league. So I understand why we may not have had the drive for league matches recently. The real disappointment for me was the tame semi final performance because we put out a good strength team and should have been fighting tooth and nail to get to the final.

Got to believe in our lads tonight this game is a bit of a banana skin that we need to avoid, if we can get an early goal keep pressing them and be strong at the back and if BR picks a strong side even if we throw a hungry young one or two kids in the mix I think we’ll win 3-0 !!

I’d welcome some fresh faces that have the hunger to be in our starting XI next season

It'll be the team that played vs Roma but Castagne in for Ricardo.

Mendy injured or do you just think he will be dropped?

I’m cooking a chorizo and chicken meal for the wife and settling down to some episodes of Upload with a nice wine.

I’m betting I’m more likely to score. This will be impressive as her defence is top class and my plan of attack is only slightly less boring than Rodgers’.

Don't knock it around at the back all night or you'll be in the sh*t, Go straight for the box!

There’s no chance of us losing tonight, even at our worst we are better than a relegated Norwich.

It could be what we need to play some debutants, new formation and an attacking formation.

...this has got to be the game most likely to play U23s, as Norwich are down and it affects no other teams what the outcome turns out to be!!!

Popov upfront with Daka, Braybrooke in Central midfield in a Diamond alongside KDH with Maddison behind a front two.
