Either way, they were our two top players this year and glad both got some recognition.

Yeah same reason Schlupp bizarrely beat Cambiasso to Players Player that one year.

Delighted for KDH and all the other winners. 

The cynic in me says that both GOTS winners were the first on the list, and therefore the default vote if people couldn’t be bothered to choose. 
 

There’s a case for Youri v Man U for mens’ goal of the season, but there’s nothing right about O’Brien v Durham winning the Womens’. Had to be one of the ones against Tottenham, both screamers…

Vardy has only looked good again in the last two games since returning from injury and has missed such a substantial part of the season that I wouldn't say he's stood out.
I'd say the signs of decline are now a bit obvious, but he is still a class player and our best striker when fit.

Sorry if anyone's said this already, but Madison says ' I'd swap it all for a European cup final ' during his interview on the club website for player of the season. Fair shout lad. Fair shout.

makes a lot of sense really, KDH is the guy you all want in your team. effort for days.

He was keeping up with Salah before his injury and was hands down our best player up until November/December time when he got injured and is the best in the league at goals per minute. He likely would have won the Golden Boot if not for his injury. Whenever he’s been fully fit he’s been sensational. If that’s a sign of decline I think your expectations for him must be insane.

KDH is an absolute beast in training and is comfortably the fittest player in the squad is my understanding. 

 

Coupled with a phenomenal attitude and work rate he's a great addition to the team

Vardy often doesn’t get the credit he deserves, has he lost a yard of pace? Yes

 

Does he still strike fear in even the best CB’s in the league? 100%
 

When we have someone one on one with a keeper, we’d all hope it’s Vardy - surely our GOAT.
